Beijing Sidex Exhibition Service Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Sidex) is the only joint venture company between Smart Company under MOFTEC (now the Ministry of Commerce) and DENIM, Singapore, which was approved by the former ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
